A group of previously sane men in Washington’s political Masonic elite claim that radical Islamic Cessna Pilots trained in Florida of all places hijacked some passenger jets and knocked down three New York skyscrapers with only two of them, and now they’re claiming their mutating Chinese bat virus from Wuhan is on the loose and is now responsible for 100’s of 1000’s of otherwise suspicious deaths worldwide so the only hope humanity has is to mask-up and vaccinate billions of the great unwashed masses while trillions of dollars of Afghan Lithium continues to go missing in China…
That’s some sort of long-running Masonic conspiracy of one sort or another isn’t it?
Or maybe it comes under the general heading of congenital-clown-stupidity perhaps?

The law seeks to punish conspiracy as a substantive crime separate from the intended crime because when two or more persons agree to commit a crime, the potential for criminal activity increases, and as a result, the danger to the public inevitably increases. Therefore, the very act of an agreement with criminal intent (along with an overt act, where required) is considered sufficiently dangerous to warrant charging conspiracy as an offense separate from the intended crime.
